  Absolutely a gem  in a small town. Ate here Sunday and had the buffet which had so many choices of chicken fry, chicken strips, meat loaf and much more including home made pies!!
  Tonight I got the rib eye steak medium rare and was cooked perfectly!!  Very unusual to get it right!
  Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs.
  If your ever in Floydada be sure to stop in for a great meal!!

  Wow! Floydada, who knew you had such a delicious gem nestled in your town population 3,000?! My husband and I stopped just short of Plainview to grab a bite and much to our surprise scrumptulicious!!! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries, he the taco salad. My burger was juicy the bun was just right. The decor nostalgic. I still have dreams of returning one day soon! But don't take it from me, get there or be square!

  The waitress was hacking and gagging on her way to the table covering her face with the menus and apologized for "coughing up a lung". She took our drink order. 15 minutes later we still didn't have our drinks but she was taking the order for the next table that well after we arrived. Our table and the one she took the order for were the only customers at the time, so it wasn't like they were busy and forgot about us. This was our first and last time to visit this establishment.

  Very friendly people great service.  Good food.  Not many choices in this town but so far the best in town.  Simple hometown cooking and very clean place.  Good place to go if ur passing through
